  • Purpose: To ensure that youth entering the SA economy show up as hardworking, focused, ambitious and reliable
  • Target: Learners/Interns.
  • 10 x 2 hr group coaching sessions – focused on a theme each time
  • Themes: Trust, Values, Commitment, Ambition, Time management, Accountability, Vision, resilience, Conflict, Diversity
  • 10 x 1 hr coaching sessions in pairs – to embed learning of group session into sustained behaviour change.
  • Timeline: 5 months – 2 group sessions and coaching sessions per month
  • M&E: A report is sent to the client halfway through the programme
